IFLRY both organizes and participates in different types of events to promote Liberal views:

In formal (statutory) events, the participants tend to be either Presidents, Chairs, International Officers or other people with relevant experience or roles within their Member Organisation's (MOs). This category includes the General Assemblies and the Executive Committee meetings.
Informal events (such as seminars, study trips, etc.) are open to all MO members (as are additional places at General Assembly events) although you still have to be nominated by your Member Organisation.
