Note:

On September 25th 2007 these minutes have been slightly adapted: Jeunes MR became Candidate Member at the GA in Dallas, not Full Member as was previously stated in the minutes.

On July 7th 2008 these minutes have been adapted according to a proposed change at the GA in Sarajevo: a paragraph has been added on page 6 regarding membership disaffiliations.
