LAW2011   "YOUTHMINISTRY LAW"   : nobody can go out of school and have necesary to finish her university cursus and program, the student can't going out scool without diplome and getting the first job or work. the goverment have to follow this student to the time where this boy or this girl is ready to enter in adulthood.

" for enter in a actif life and also becoming a youth, like mean the real sens of this word: "YOUTH""

ALL YOUTH TEENAGER HAVE TO FINISH THE SCHOOL PROGRAM UNTIL 25 YEARS OLD AFTER MAYBE IF THE YOUTH CANNOT WORKING AND BECAME A HOMELESS GIRL AND MAN; THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THE SOCIAL LIVING OR FOR HUMANITARY ASSIATION HAVE TO SUPERVISING THE INTELECTUAL POOR PEOPLE TO GIVE AN EDUCATION FOR A BETTER LIVE AND HAVING TIME TO LOOKING FOR MY CHILDREN ALSO IN FIRST TIME. 

FOR THE DIFFICULTY INTEGRATION YOUTH 

FOR THE YOUTH PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT WORKING OR JUST A LITTLE BEAT AT 30 YEARS , MY LOW SAY, THE SOCIAL ENVIRONEMENT HAVE TO GIVE A SOCIAL ACTIVITY TO THIS YOUTH MAN TO BE INTEGRATE AND HAVING LIKE MOST OF THEM AN  NICE IDEAL LIVING

HOW TO LIVE TOGETHER WHITOUT JALOUSI MATERIAL THINGS

 THINKING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION AND NEVER DO THE SAME ERROR LIKE ALL GOUVERNMENT OF YOUTH CULTURE SPORT AND HEALTH  DOING IN THE SHORT TIME IN THIS WORLD OR IN YOUR COUNTRY FOR THE WORLD PERFECT LIVING TOGETHER HISTORY IN 2020
