GHANA the leader in African Democracy

Ghana has made history in the first round of her Presidentail and Parliamentary Elections, democracy has been practiced in Ghana as if we were the founders of democracy, our people really understand the electoral process and went about there voting very peacefuly. I AM VERY PROUD TO BE A GHANAIAN.

What is the leason for the rest of Africa? this is the time we need to have more discussions so that places where liberalism is most challenged can learn from some of us who are trying hard to keep human right high

We in Ghana are preparing for the second round of elections since none of the candidates were able to meet the constitutional requirment of over 50% of valid votes cast. The next election has been sheduled for the 28th december, 2008.

Ghana Liberal Students Association (GHALSA) Has been very keen in observing the elections. At the end of it all we shall come out with our statement of the whole process.

Don't hesitate to drop a congratulation message for the people of Ghana and for GHALSA as well.
