CIS - IFLRY Female Leadership Academy in Lithuania

📢 Call for Applications: Female Leadership Academy (FLA) Vilnius, Lithuania | 10–13 September

In partnership with the Centre Party International Foundation (CIS), IFLRY is excited to invite young liberal women from Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans countries to apply for the Female Leadership Academy (FLA)! This 4-day program will equip participants with the skills to navigate and discuss two key challenges female candidates face: securing an eligible position on the party list and mastering local policy implementation.

Through sessions led by expert trainers, you'll learn to build skills in local policy development, grassroots mobilization, ideological discussion, and human rights topics such as gender equality, while connecting with a cross-border network of liberal women.

The Female Leadership Academy is :

✅ Open to young liberal women from Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans countries

✅ Priority given to those preparing to run in elections in 2026–2027, but everyone is welcome.

✅ Travel, accommodation, and participation costs fully covered by IFLRY 📅
