The Pool of Trainers (PoT) is at the heart of IFLRY's capacity-building mission. Our diverse team of over 30 young liberal trainers from around the world brings expertise in leadership development, advocacy, campaign planning, organizational skills, and much more to help strengthen liberal youth organizations globally.
What We Offer
Grounded in the principles of Non-Formal Education (NFE), our trainers create interactive, engaging learning experiences that go beyond traditional classroom settings. We believe in peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, hands-on workshops, and collaborative learning that empowers participants to develop their skills and confidence.
