NextGen Liberals Mentorship Programme

The NextGen Liberals Mentorship Programme is a three-day intensive in-person project designed for 15 young women liberal leaders from across Europe. At its core, the Programme is built around structured mentorship: five experienced trainers and mentors each guide a small group of three participants throughout, creating close relationships that are intended to endure well beyond the event itself.

The Programme aims to strengthen participants' capacity to influence decision-making, enhance their leadership and communication skills, and embed them within a lasting liberal network anchored by LI and its partners. A deliberate focus is placed on finding allies both inside liberal political parties and across civil society and on intergenerational exchange, with mentorship delivered by former/senior politicians and civil society representatives who can pass on hard-won experience.

Eligible countries/nationalities: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, and Turkey.
