Call for Programme Managers 2026 - 2027 Is Officially Open!

Have you ever wanted to lead the change you talk about? Here's your chance.
IFLRY is looking for young liberals ready to step up and lead one of our 14 Programmes for the upcoming one-year term (September 2026 to August 2027). As a Programme Manager, you won't just attend the conversation, you'll set the agenda: organising campaigns, leading trainings, submitting resolutions, building coalitions and driving real impact on the issues your portfolio stands for.
What Are IFLRY's Programmes?
Our Programmes are how IFLRY turns ideas into action. Some focus on regions, including Africa, the Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Latin America, tackling the political realities specific to those areas. Others are thematic, taking on global challenges like climate change. Each is led by a Programme Manager and powered by a team of activists from across the Federation, working under the guidance of the Bureau to deliver on a clear mandate: events, resolutions, campaigns, trainings, advocacy and more.
As a Programme Manager, you act as the chair of your Programme's working group, coordinating a team of activists and representing the Programme within IFLRY. This is a voluntary, unpaid position, taken on alongside your studies, work or other commitments.
This is more than a role, it's a platform to lead, build and leave your mark on the liberal movement.
