Want to represent young liberal voices at the world's largest climate conference?

IFLRY is opening applications for its Climate Study Group & COP31 Delegation, a fully funded opportunity for young liberals to deepen their understanding of international climate policy and participate in the UN Climate Change Conference (COP31) in Antalya, Türkiye.

Before travelling to COP31, selected participants will join a six-session online Climate Study Group covering topics including the UNFCCC process, climate finance, carbon markets, mitigation and adaptation, and just transition. At COP31, you'll gain first-hand experience of international climate diplomacy, engage with global stakeholders, and connect with youth leaders from around the world.

This programme is designed to equip the next generation of liberal climate advocates with the knowledge, skills, and networks to drive change long after COP31.
