Female Leadership
The Female Leadership Programme empowers young women in politics through training, mentorship, and support. It enhances leadership skills and political participation, fosters inclusion and diversity, and works to break down barriers to women’s participation in public life through workshops, networking, and role-model visibility.

Farah Sinno
I am Farah, a psychologist and school counselor from Lebanon with seven years of experience supporting youth mental health and well-being, especially in crisis-affected areas. I have been with IFLRY for six years and part of its female leadership program for two years, reflecting my passion for women’s empowerment. I deliver training nationally and internationally on mental health, liberalism, political engagement and youth participation. Through my work as a counselor and trainer, I strive to help young people thrive and become confident leaders, especially in places like mine where freedom and stability are constantly being challenged.
