Our Programmes
IFLRY's programmes enable our members to take action on specific regional or thematic issues that matter most to them. With 14 active programmes overseen by the IFLRY Council, we provide platforms for liberal youth across the world to collaborate, campaign, and create change.
How Our Programmes Work
Each programme is led by appointed Programme Managers, supported by a dedicated team of activists from within the Federation. These teams work on everything from organising events and conducting trainings to facilitating campaigns, submitting resolutions, raising awareness, and lobbying for liberal values.
Regional Programmes focus on political situations in distinct countries or regions, including Africa, Asia, the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
Thematic Programmes tackle global political topics such as Climate Change, Female Leadership, Trade and Innovation, Human Rights, Pool of Trainers, Pride, Libel, and Well-being.
Under the guidance of the Bureau, each programme is empowered to take action according to its defined objectives, creating dynamic spaces for member engagement and activism across regional and thematic boundaries.

Passionate about a particular issue? We welcome new programme members throughout the year! Calls for programme members open multiple times per year, and you can always reach out directly to a Programme Manager to express your interest.
Looking to lead? Calls for Programme Managers open early each year. Keep an eye on our newsletters, website, and social media for opportunities.
